However, the summit turns out to be far more dangerous than expected. A mysterious villain known only as &#8220;The Phantom&#8221; emerges, with a plan to turn all monsters back into humans. The Phantom’s goal is to make monsters forget their heritage and power, erasing the legacy of creatures like Dracula and his friends.
