Simone Biles has become the latest Halloween trend at the moment. After all, whether it is gymnastics or not, you just cannot keep Biles out of the news. The evenings are turning spooky as the houses are getting lit up by the pumpkins and other decorations. While there have been quite a lot of innovative decorations, one particular getup caught the eyes of the fans.

In a recent Reddit post by ‘r/Gymnastics’, the outside of a house could be seen decked up for Halloween. Interestingly, the theme the owners chose was that of Simone Biles’ gymnastics antics. A skeleton wearing leotards similar to Biles could be seen performing on a host of apparatuses. The pictures shared on Reddit portrayed figures on the balance beam, parallel bar, vault, and uneven bars. Coincidentally, the model on the vault was placed 11 feet above the ground. This was just a foot less than what Biles had originally jumped at the French capital.
There was also a throwback model of when Biles and Chiles decided to honor Rebeca Andrade. Competing in the women’s floor exercise, the Brazilian gymnast thwarted Simone Biles’s danger to win her first gold medal in Paris. During the ceremony, both Biles and Chiles knelt and bowed down before Andrade. This was one of the best moments of the Paris Olympics portraying the highest degree of sportsmanship spirits. In a hilarious manner, the post was captioned, “Si-bone Biles and fellow gymnastics.”

Well, this was just a tiny glimpse of the hype that Biles has managed to generate after her Paris heroics. Jumping onto the Gold Over America Tour right away, Biles was an instant hit. The GOAT tour witnessed one of the biggest attendances all over the country and Biles was one of the major reasons. People flocked to the arena, some even ready to upgrade to an expensive ticket to catch a glimpse of the US gymnastics queen.

Moreover, her Midas touch seems to have been overflowing to realms outside of gymnastics. Becoming a part of the entertainment industry, Biles witnessed unprecedented success with her ‘Simone Biles Rising’ documentary on Netflix. With part 2 released recently, Biles is surely a future prospect for the directors to go crazy about. But for the time being, hopping on the hype train are the fans.
Simone Biles’ fans laud Halloween-themed decorations 
Halloween decorations or in person, fans are just happy to catch a glimpse of their favorite gymnast. Thus, the moment the Biles-themed decorations gained traction, fans were quick to give their two cents.
One fan loved the humorous take on Simone’s Paris quest for the Halloween decor. The skeleton dressed as Simone, aka ‘Si-Bone’ was set at 11 feet high to resemble the high jumps taken by the gymnastics GOAT. However, Simone manages to go even higher. And referring to Biles as the real one, the Reddit user commented, “It’s so funny that they refer to Simone as “the real one.” “The real one can jump a foot higher” 😂”.
Apparently, ‘Si-Bone’ is not the only word pun fans resorted to in order to refer to the ‘Golden Girls’. Another fan used an even funnier Halloween reference to mention Jade Carey. To fit the Halloween theme, imagining her as part of the Halloween decorations alongside the Biles-themed skeleton setup, one user commented, “Is one of them Jade Scarey?”

The fan who put up the Halloween decor chose not to miss on any minute detail to honor the GOAT. They used a petite skeleton of a goat to resemble and honor Simone Biles, who is also dubbed as the gymnastics GOAT aka the Greatest Of All Time. “🤣😂Look!!! It’s a little skeleton goat on the spray-painted FX grass!!”, read the comment. The “FX” (floor exercise) grass and skeleton leotard-clad figure brilliantly capture Biles’ iconic athleticism, celebrating her impact on the gymnastics realm.
Another Reddit user humorously contrasts the creativity of the Simone Biles-themed Halloween display with a previous Halloween show that had caught their attention. It was two golden retrievers dressed in the costumes of skaters Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan. Although, they previously thought that it to be the best they would come across, the ‘Si-Bone’ decor seems to have left them even more impressed. They commented, “And I thought the golden retrievers dressed as Tonya Harding &amp; Nancy Kerrigan was the greatest thing I’d seen today 😍🤣”.
After referring to Biles as ‘Si-Bone’ and Jade Carey as ‘Jade Scarey’ another fan resorted to another wordplay to honor another gymnastics phenom who turned out to be Biles’ biggest competitor this Olympics. It’s none other than the Brazilian gravity-defying star, Rebeca Andrade. The Halloween decorations mimicked Simone Biles and her teammate Jordan Chiles’ respectful gesture to Brazilian gymnast Rebeca Andrade at the Paris Olympics. The Reddit post showcased a skeleton, nicknamed “Skele-beca,” dressed in attire similar to Andrade’s, symbolizing the moment Biles and Chiles bowed to her in a show of sportsmanship.
The fan’s comment, “Love the bow. They even got Skele-beca’s pants!” appreciated the attention to detail of the fan who brought the ‘skele-version’ of the US women’s gymnastics team to their lawn on Halloween. Echoing the same feeling, another commenter added, “Skele-beca! 😭 Love that I was thrilled to see that they included this reenactment of that epic photo!”
With the craze shooting through the roof, it remains to be seen what new surprises can Simone Biles dish out to further elevate her star- appeal.
