Clad in an all-black attire, the duo spend some quality time together while having a romantic dinner. Biles clicked a picture of Owens while playfully hiding his eyes. The 27-year-old gymnast wrote, “For Cupid’s eyes ONLY.” Well, this was just one of their recent romantic outings. The power couple continued their celebrity reception in the Windy City.
