Star of New York Knicks OG Anunoby nearly collided with Anne Hathaway and her young son during a game yesterday (13 November).
The actress, who last month confirmed there would be a third installment in the Princess Diaries franchise, was watching the Knicks vs. Chicago Bulls match with Jack courtside when Anunoby collided into a barrier in front of them.
The Devil Wears Prada star then leaped onto the platform to stop his momentum and sent Jack&#8217;s popcorn flying into the air.
The youngster looked stunned as Hathaway grinned and stroked his arm to reassure him.

Hathaway remained calm depite her run-in with the star and was pictured smiling afterwards.

Following the almost-collision, MSG analyst Walt Frazier said: “The little kid was mesmerized. He couldn’t move.”
Play-by-play announcer Mike Breen also joked: “There’s always more popcorn, young man.&#8221;
Moments prior to the incident, the Oscar winner was seen putting her hand out as she attempted to catch a ball that hurtled towards her.
Social media users joked about the actresses&#8217; near miss, with one fan writing: &#8220;I would&#8217;ve almost crashed too if I saw Anne Hathaway.&#8221;
Another referenced her 2001 film The Princess Diaries, saying: &#8220;OG knew he couldn&#8217;t hurt the princess of genovia.&#8221;
Others quipped that her role as Catwoman in the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises helped her avoid being crushed.
One said: &#8220;Catwoman aint shook.. She wouldve evaded easily..&#8221;
