So it was little surprise that Cardi B was in her element onstage at the Grammys on Sunday, with the 26-year-old twerking and gyrating her way through a performance of her track Money at the Los Angeles Staples Center.
The Bodak Yellow hitmaker was decked out in a leopard print body stocking for the racy show.
Later, she took to the stage to accept her first ever Grammy Award when her debut Invasion of Privacy won Best Rap Album.

The mother-of-one emerged onstage with a massive peacock tail fanned out behind her.
As well as the avian adornment, the former stripper rocked a bedazzled body stocking and a short, wavy wig.
She complete the outfit with a pair of black, platform heels.
Later, Cardi ditched the feathered tail and proceeded to prowl around the stage, even at one point climbing atop a grand piano and twerking.

And at the same time the awards show was taking place, Migos dropped a video on Instagram teasing their new album&#8230; and an accompanying documentary.
Both are set to be released the same day: February 22, 2019.
The sneak peak shared to social media included never-before-seen video of Cardi giving birth to the couple&#8217;s child, daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus.
The Grammy winner can be seen screaming during the delivery.
