Spiranac, 29, has gathered a huge fan base on social media &#8211; accruing 3.7million followers on Instagram and 750,000 on Twitter.
It was on the latter platform that she made her latest cheeky post.
She noticed a tweet from an account called @fact, which said: &#8220;A German study concludes that staring at women&#8217;s breasts for 10 minutes a day is better for your health than going to the gym.&#8221;
Spiranac playfully quote-tweeted the post, writing: &#8220;Follow me and you’ll hit your 2023 health goals. You’re welcome.&#8221;
Fans loved her tweet, with one joking in response: &#8220;Your selflessness is inspiring and appreciated.&#8221;
Another added: &#8220;Thank you for your service.&#8221;
While a third commented: &#8220;You do make me feel healthy.&#8221;
During an Instagram Q&amp;A last month, Spiranac insisted that her boobs are real.

She said: &#8220;They&#8217;re real and they&#8217;re spectacular.
&#8220;I love when guys try to tell me that these things that have been attached to my body since the day that I was born, that they&#8217;re fake &#8211; when they are very in fact real.&#8221;
The influencer then added: &#8220;And they&#8217;re like &#8216;but they&#8217;re fake&#8217; and I&#8217;m like &#8216;they&#8217;re real, what do you want me to say?&#8217;
&#8220;And I wouldn&#8217;t lie about it. If I paid for them and they were fake I&#8217;d be like &#8216;yeah I paid for them and they&#8217;re awesome, like look at them&#8217;.
&#8220;And people are like &#8216;well they changed sizes&#8217; &#8211; yeah, because they&#8217;re real. If I gain weight they get bigger. if I wear a bra, like this is like a sports bra, they look smaller.
&#8220;It&#8217;s just like mind-boggling how men are so confused about boobs. And I&#8217;m like &#8216;I need to do boobies 101 for you guys&#8217; so you can understand.&#8221;
Spiranac recently endured a health scare after finding a lump on her boob &#8211; subsequently urging her followers to take care of their health.
She wrote: &#8220;Sorry for not being as active lately on social media. I went on vacation then had to deal with my heath.
&#8220;During an annual check up, they found a lump on my breast. I recently got a biopsy done. It came back negative which I&#8217;m so grateful for!&#8221;
