Kourtney Kardashian was spotted out and about in Miami with her kids over the weekend.

She was joined by daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, nine, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
The 45-year-old reality television personality was dressed in an oversize black Chrome Hearts jersey.
She bared her tanned and toned legs as she teamed the sporty look with black shorts and black to-the-knee boots.
It comes after Kourtney revealed why she had to undergo emergency fetal surgery last summer on the most recent episode of Hulu&#8217;s The Kardashians.
The mother-of-four also has Mason, 14, with Disick.
Penelope and her brother were also casually dressed for the Sunday outing.
The pre-teen wore a white Mickey Mouse T-shirt with navy short with white stripes on the sides.
For his part, reign wore a white long-sleeved T-shirt with black accents, adding black shorts.
Missing from the scene were Travis, 48, who played a Blink 182 show Friday night, Mason, and Rocky.
Kourtney pulled her dark locks into a top knot bun and wore a silver-toned chain link necklace.
She had black sunglasses on top of her head and carried a small black purse.

The POOSH creator appeared on Instagram after her drummer husband&#8217;s concert at the Kaseya Center and shared a selfie backstage.
The episode was shot last fall and in it, the Lemme founder, 45, is getting ready to give birth to Rocky Thirteen Barker, her son with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 48.
&#8216;A couple months ago, we had a terrifying scare where I had to have emergency fetal surgery,&#8217; the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum explained in a confessional.
The scene then cuts to the reality TV star recovering from the surgery.
&#8216;Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung,&#8217; she explained.
&#8216;And it&#8217;s super rare, that this [is] the condition that he had but it&#8217;s also super rare and lucky that we caught it.
&#8216;And thank you, God, for this successful surgery. I&#8217;m honestly just so grateful, I have no words,&#8217; she gushed with relief.
The show then cut to her in the confessional again where she continued to talk about how she was feeling during that scary time.

&#8216;I was definitely filled with fear after the surgery and the fluid in his lungs. Actually it did start coming back and then I watched this documentary called Heal that was all about the power of positive thinking and how our thinking can really affect our health,&#8217; she said.
&#8216;And then I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers, and after I had that mindset shift, the fluid was completely gone and we had not one single problem after.&#8217;
In September, Kourtney wrote about the relief she felt after the surgery was successful in an Instagram post.
&#8216;As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,&#8217; she wrote.
&#8216;I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.&#8217;

Over the weekend, Kourtney uploaded a slew of intimate photos of Barker with their son Rocky.
She wrote in a gushing caption: &#8216;Happy Father’s Day @travisbarker!! Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy, and all of our kids.
&#8216;You keep us safe and protected and take care of us. Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you!&#8217;Included in the mother-of-four&#8217;s roundup of photos was an image of the Blink 182 drummer lying on a striped towel as he held their son on his chest.
