The 26-year-old Migos rapper had the expensive piece of jewelry in his possession in a recent clip officials with the New York Police Department saw, leading them to end their grand larceny probe.
The theft reportedly took place around the time of the Met Gala in New York City May 7 at a penthouse suite of the SIXTY LES Hotel where he was staying.
Offset&#8217;s manager Danny Zook searched the room but found nothing, Page Six reported at the time.
Authorities concluded that the chain was given back to the rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, the outlet reported.
