Gymnastics superstar Simone Biles has bid a heartfelt temporary farewell to Chicago, the city she&#8217;s been residing in while her husband Jonathan Owens played his first season with the Chicago Bears.

Taking to social media, Biles shared a touching photo of the couple toasting their time in the Windy City, captioning it: &#8220;Farewell to our time in Chicago see you in a few months.&#8221;

Hinting at her return to Houston, she posted another picture featuring her dog, with the words: &#8220;Lil mamas cross country trip. On her way back to Houston w/the best @rfrdacademy.&#8221;

Throughout the 2024-25 NFL season, Biles was frequently spotted at Bears games, often seen giving Owens a pre-game kiss for luck.

Owens impressed with his performance this season, racking up 49 tackles, two fumble recoveries, two pass breakups, and an interception.

After Owens supported Biles in Paris during her triumphant Olympic run where she clinched gold medals in the women&#8217;s individual all-around, vault, and team events at the 2024 Summer Olympics, she was thrilled to support him from the stands.

Asked by Olympics.com about her presence at Bears games and how much it matters to both of them, Biles said: &#8220;Oh, my gosh. It means the world to me.&#8221;

Biles spoke fondly about supporting NFL beau Owens by being part of his pre-game superstitions. &#8220;For him, it means a lot for me to go on the sideline before because he says that&#8217;s his pre-game routine. So he&#8217;s always looking for me on the sideline to give him, like, good luck vibes and wishes. That&#8217;s just his superstition.&#8221;

After the football season concluded, Biles commemorated their season-long tradition with a collection of images applauded by fans: &#8220;Will support my man till the very end. Proud of you 36! Year 7 in the books,&#8221; she proudly wrote. Owens replied to her tribute with a declaration of love: &#8220;I love you so much, baby.&#8221;

Despite her Texas roots, Biles has embraced Chicago’s brutal winters, saying they’re not as daunting as expected: &#8220;Honestly, not bad,&#8221; when discussing the cold. She revealed how they’ve already found their favourite local dining spot, praising Maple and Ash as their top choice. &#8220;We love Maple and Ash,&#8221; Biles admitted. &#8220;We go there quite frequently, so I would say Maple and Ash.&#8221;
