Beyonce has announced an &#8216;historic partnership&#8217; with Ulta Beauty.
The 43-year-old pop star&#8217;s beauty brand Cécred has confirmed its first retail partner, with its products coming to over 1,400 Ulta Beauty stores as well as the retailer&#8217;s website.
&#8216;In the past year, we&#8217;ve helped so many make a deeper connection with their hair, building a community that redefines what a typical hair care brand looks like,&#8217; she told WWD on Thursday.
&#8216;Our historic partnership with Ulta Beauty represents a meaningful milestone in our journey of getting Cécred in the aisles and salons nationwide for everyone to experience.&#8217;
The Crazy In Love hitmaker noted that she has always strived for Cécred to be &#8216;an inclusive force of excellence, investing in research, science and testing for all hair types&#8217;.

She explained: &#8216;As a Black founder, there are misconceptions that we can only make products for hair like ours. Society has trained us to focus on our differences, and it&#8217;s kept us in boxes.
&#8216;But little do people know, your hair and my hair, whether it&#8217;s coily, kinky, wavy or straight, has a lot more in common than it does differences.
&#8216;Seeing our products perform across everyone is proof that when you put science in front of bias, the results speak for themselves.&#8217;
Ulta Beauty&#8217;s president and new CEO Kecia Steelman revealed the partnership retailer&#8217;s largest exclusive hair brand launch in its history.
She added: &#8216;It&#8217;s going to be very prominent, front-and-center with life-sized fixtures and bottle amplification.
&#8216;We&#8217;re going to amplify this in a way that we&#8217;ve never done before in our salons. It&#8217;s going to be a total 360-degree approach.&#8217;
Last week Jay-Z&#8217;s teen rape case was dropped.

The rapper, real name Shawn Carter, was accused of attacking a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards party alongside Sean &#8216;Diddy&#8216; Combs in a lawsuit that was filed in December last year.
The unnamed accuser has voluntarily dismissed the case and Carter, 55, has now sued his accuser&#8217;s attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the allegations.
According to insiders, Beyonce is said to be feeling an immense sense of &#8216;relief&#8217; now that the lawsuit has crumbled.
A source shared with DailyMail.com exclusively, &#8216;Relief is too simple a word to describe what Bey is feeling right now after Jay’s current legal issues were dropped.&#8217;
The insider further revealed, &#8216;While they put on brave faces, behind the scenes, it was a stressful time for Beyonce, bringing back memories of when Jay had previously broken her trust.
&#8216;On top of that, their children were affected.&#8217;
Describing the situation as &#8216;a complete nightmare,&#8217; the source added that Beyoncé is relieved they can now move forward.
The source also noted that the pop star &#8216;expected the case to go much further,&#8217; anticipating that she would be supporting Jay in court, much like Rihanna is doing with A$AP Rocky in his current gun assault case.

Jay-Z released a statement on Friday saying: &#8216;Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed. This civil suit was without merit and never going anywhere.
